1. In one line if you say the objective is to get train the people from developing countries in Japan and get them back to the home country and promote the business of the companies where they got trained in Japan.
2. Train the people from india and empower them with skills and human values which will enable them to improve the life of themselves and families.
To achieve the above objective the following things are thought, get the people in india trained in Language and Skill to be taken to Japanese companies and match them with the needs of the company to add value to the society. To do this there is involement of 3 entities required.
1. Sending organisation Already established a Sending organisation in India to become a partner for the association bring the people to Japan after training and teaching Japanese language.
2. Supervisory Organisation in Japan. JITCA is formed to become the supervisory organizaiton , which is possible with the skills and experiece of the founding members of the organisation.
3. Receiving organizaion These are the actual companies in need of the people to add value to their organization. Many companies are looking forward to get the people with basic training and language to start and go to the next level of training.
