JITCA is a non-profitable organization aiming at providing general well-beng of the society and make naecessary manpower available to companies especially in manufacturing and IT sectors. we accomplish basically through a program called TITP
What is TITP?
The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) was created to enhance the economic development of countries participating in the program through the generation of new employment opportunities. This is achieved through the internship program (which can be anywhere from one year to a maximum of 5 years) and through On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Course Curriculum includes Japanese language training, Japanese culture training, and sector-specific training as per Japanese requirements. The TITP offers certification on successful completion.

Mr. Davis Sebastian is a graduate in Mechanical engineering and comes with handful of experience in Information technology as the CEO of IT Solution company connecting India and Japan. He is also a visiting Professor at Gakuen University, Kumamoto, JAPAN. He got an opportunity to get trained in IHI, Tokyo during 1989. Having exposed to the Japanese culture, discipline and work quality, he had developed a passion for Japan and continued his studies and worked in Japan till 1995 and then moved to India with the thought of establishing New business. Since then, he established an IT solutions company which has operations in both Japan and India for the last 20 years. This experience and serving the people of both the countries, emerged the thought of expanding the human network and bring benefits to both the society in India and Japan. This made way to establish JITCA

Mr. Nakamura Yoshihiro is a graduate and has worked in various business as HR, Training and Development expert. His aptitude in communication and human networking made him to move to next level of expansion by founding a real-estate company in 1992. Since then he is expanding his business in to various activities related to Real estate and housing. 2015, he visited India. His ambition to connect, expand and serve more people, evolved in to the formation of JI Technical cooperation association.

Mr. Sobi Abraham, is a graduate in printing technology and publishing. Later he moved to Japan and worked with many global entities in the same domain. Since 2013, he established the Consulting and trading company to do business globally, with Japan as the focus. With his outstanding Gustatory skill , he started engaging the Indian chefs in Japan and creating the cuisine to the choice of Japanese taste. This engagement in bringing people and materials from India to establish a restaurant in Tokyo encouraged him to join hands with the team to establish the organization which can create the opportunities.
