Overview

JITCA is a non-profitable organization that aims at supporting people in JAPAN by way of networking technical expertise between India and Japan.

Due to the declining population in Japan, over a period of time, the young talent in japan is reduced and expected to reduce further in the future. This can create serious issues in the social well being of the people of Japan, as there will be less workforce to work in factories and offices. This can overturn the economic growth and financial security of the country .

Our program will help to exchange people between INDIA and JAPAN as the need arises.

We connect to technical educational institutions, universities, international students in India and create awareness in students about the japanese culture, employment expectations, Japanese quality and discupline and provide training in Japanese language for the right aspirants. The Government of INDIA and JAPAN has signed agreement in order to promote this idea The program is called Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

TITP that promotes the acceptane of foreign human resources, who acquire skills and knowledge by working as technical interns in japan. The program is run by Japanese govt. that facilitates international workers to work for upto 5 years in Japan and learn Japanese way of working, discipline and quality.
